Terms and Conditions

• All accommodation is self catering.
• Although our drinking water is safely used by local population, we suggest that you bring your own drinking water due to the brackish content of our water.
• Unfortunately due to the game on the farm, we cannot allow any cats or dogs.
• No credit card facilities available. Payment can be made by cash or electronic transfer.
• Firewood will be available for purchase at our offices as visitors are not permitted to collect firewood on the property. No fires are permitted anywhere other than in the braai areas. all fires must be extinguished before leaving the site.
• A deposit of 50% is required and the booking will only be confirmed once the deposit has been paid into the Elandspoort account, and the indemnity form, is signed and returned.
• The balance of the accommodation to be paid 1 (one) week before arrival. Should booking and arrival date be less than one week, the full amount must be paid on booking date. All payments can be made into our bank account and deposit slips faxed/emailed to us.
